Everyone comes to us with a different set of needs, wants and priorities. Our role is to listen very closely to our clients’ needs and provide our expertise and knowledge where required. Our relationship with our client is critical to us as individuals and as a company. We work to make every Smallworks home as sustainable and smart as possible, while working toward each client's individual goals.

Designing smaller homes requires a special skill because there is no room for wasted space! Fortunately, with our experience and facilities (design team, pre-fabrication workshop and millwork shop) we are able to build the best small home on the market.

We also work hard to be flexible where needed but also as straight forward where required: no double talk or misinterpretation. We work hard to design and build your home on time and on budget. This means we have to be clear in our communication and be disciplined in our processes at all times. We work hard to get everything on the table when we plan vs. when we build your home. We have a process that ensures all elements of your home are discussed at the right time with the right people so there is little room for error.
