What does it mean to work at Smallworks?

We are very please to find ourselves in a growing phase of our company. As we begin construction on a number of new projects we would be very interested in submissions from individuals looking for work. Smallworks needs people who have experience with carpentry and millwork, also individuals with machinery experience and laborers. If you are a carpenter's apprentice, our owner Jake Fry has an ITA equivalency number which allows accreditation of your hours towards your apprenticeship.

We believe in compensating our employees well. Salaries are negotiated based on experience and we have an annual bonus structure reflecting how well we have all done.
