Smallworks specializes in the design and building of small homes and laneway houses. Because this is our primary focus we are able to provide expertise and innovation in the building of your small home. We work closely with our customers in developing the perfect small home for their needs. Our support extends into the following areas:

Who we are

Smallworks is operated by one of its original founders, Jake Fry. A team of key employees working with contracted craftsmen make up its pre-production, millwork and building teams. Smallworks has been building small homes and studios in backyards for 7 years in the Vancouver area. We are located in the City Hall/Mount Pleasant area where we have our design office and showroom and an in-house workshop for custom work. Smallworks also has a home renovation division.
