Complete renovation down to the studs of existing Kits residence. House was raised to allow for more comfortable living in the basement. Use of ‘Eclipse Door System’ lets the kitchen and dining area open up fully onto the large deck. Extensive use of custom designed rift-cut oak millwork throughout.
