This 630 sq ft. Larch 33 Laneway House was customized to accommodate the client’s lifestyle.
The main floor interior was opened up completely and a kitchen and laundry room tucked into one corner. The second floor was altered from a 2 bedroom to a large 1 bedroom with a larger bath and spacious closets.
