This modern 1800 sq ft. home designed by James Burton of Birmingham and Wood, is well suited to it's traditional Vancouver neighborhood. With large windows and floating book cases, the home is light and airy and its exterior, a blend of textured stucco and weathered cedar, mirrors the landscaping mix of concrete, pea gravel and simple cedar fencing.
The home features a lovely courtyard shared with its rear laneway house which serves as a studio, and the home also boasts a very private basement bachelor suite with its own covered courtyard and green space.
