This 750 sq ft. Arbutus Laneway House will serve first as a family home while the main home on the lot is renovated.
Later, it will become a residence for extended family. On request of the homeowner — her minivan is in constant use shuttling children — the lane house was modified to remove access into the living space from the garage.
